Philippine Airlines Advisory

The Management of Philippine Airlines sincerely apologizes for the customer and passenger inconvenience arising from flight disruptions as a result of the unfortunate events in the past few days. PAL is exerting its best efforts to restore normal operations.

To mitigate inconvenience, your flag carrier is implementing the following measures:

1. A PAL Help Hotline is available 24 hours:
- Manila (02) 855-8888
- Cebu (32) 340-0191

2. A revised/Temporary schedule of domestic and international flights that is valid until Oct. 3 is now available in PAL Website, PAL Facebook (Philippine Airlines and Mabuhay Miles) and Twitter account.

3. All pertinent fees and charges due to flight cancellations, rebooking and refunds are waived.

4. PAL Airport Help Desks at Terminal 2 (Domestic and International departure areas) are available for rebooking, transfers and endorsement to other airlines.

5. PAL ticket offices in Metro Manila have extended their office hours from now til Oct 7. Operating hours below:
Monday to Friday - 8:30 am - 7:00 pm
Saturday - 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Sunday - 9:00 am - 3:00 pm (Makati and Cubao branches only)
* The NAIA Terminal 2 PAL ticket office is open daily from 2 AM to 10:30 PM
